On November 17th and 18th we will have the pleasure to welcome the award-winning chef Tristan Brandt from Germany. Tristan Brandt is a distinguished figure in the culinary world and boasts a stellar career as a consultant and entrepreneur, through his brand “by Tristan Brandt.”

The chef is well known for his innovative fusion of modern French cuisine with Asian influences and not only excels in the kitchen but also nurtures emerging culinary talent.

His impressive resume includes collaborations with renowned Michelin-starred chefs, culminating in the opening of OPUS V in 2013, a restaurant that swiftly earned 2 MICHELIN stars and 18 Gault&Millau points. In 2020, he took the helm at Restaurant 959 & Pino’s Bar in Heidelberg, and later in the year, earned a Michelin star for “Epcoa by Tristan Brandt” at the Waldhaus Flims Wellness Resort. Brandt’s culinary journey recently expanded to the U.S. with the debut of “Tambourine Room by Tristan Brandt” at the Carillon Miami Wellness Resort.
