Born in 1990, Chef Lippi honed his craft over nine years at Il Convivio, becoming Head Chef in 2015. He gained experience at renowned Michelin-starred restaurants, including Pavillon Ledoyen in Paris, Piazza Duomo in Alba, Alinea in Chicago, and Lasarte in Spain.

Now Head Chef at Rome’s Ristorante Acquolina, he has earned two Michelin stars, showcasing a unique Mediterranean-inspired style that masterfully blends meat and seafood into visually stunning, flavourful creations.
