On March 24th and 25th, we welcome the award-winning chef, Louis Anjos, from Portugal to Cap St Georges Hotel & Resort, for the Sky Stars culinary event.
The Portuguese chef Louis Anjos and his team, attained one Michelin star just six months after the opening of the AL SUD restaurant, located in the Clubhouse of the Palmares Ocean Living & Golf resort.
Chef Louis is passionate about Portuguese cuisine and his cooking style is heavily influenced by traditional recipes and strives to use local ingredients.
